Where I came from / How I came to the Shelter: My owner was forced
to give me up because they had to move. They were very sad and miss me very much.
My Story
I miss my owner and comfortable home very much but they didn't have any option in keeping me. Thankfully, they took me to CARA where they, and the folks at Dogs Need Homes, are committed to finding me a new, permanent home. I am a little large for a Boston, but I am very friendly, loving and I play well with kids, other dogs, and cats. I am pretty active so a large yard to play in would be great. I would be a great companion to take walks with or just cuddle up on the couch!

My Story
I was in a foster home before I was adopted by my new family. Now, due to no fault of my own, my owners are not able to keep me, so they are looking for a new loving family to take me in as one of their own. I love to spend my day outside chasing birds and squirrels in my large fenced in yard and I am a very happy, easy going guy! I am very content and can occupy myself with my own activities as long as I have plenty of room to run. I have an abundance of energy, and am about the best-natured fellow you could hope to meet. I love people, kids, and other dogs so how can you go wrong with me? I currently live in Starkville, MS, adjacent to the MSU campus.
